From there, he transitioned to the insurance industry where he served as an Agency Owner and Principle at The Aguilar Agency, Brightway Insurance. Manny has been recognized by Silicon Valley Business Daily Journal for his accomplishment as one of the top Latino-owned businesses in Silicon Valley.

Additionally, Manny earned The Aguilar Agency top insurance broker by Expertise.com in Silicon Valley and surrounding areas. Manny is married to Cristina Aguilar and together they have five children with the sixth one on its way. Both were raised in Silicon Valley where they have been earning the trust of their friends and neighbors through their community outreach efforts. Manny is a family individual who loves helping others.

Cristina completed her degree in business administration at Chabot College and immediately put her degree into practice at Chase where she mastered financing.

She transitioned to Spring Communications, where she received recognition for excellence in customer service and management in the region year over year. With Cristina’s extensive twelve years in servicing the community and management, she decided to join forces with her husband, Manny Aguilar, in the insurance industry.
